i urge my people to let go of spiritual chains, to lean into the tangible even though abstract; they look at me in pity— “my spiritual chains must apply to you” is the only thing i can grasp from most responses, “you should come into my world where my demons reside, where i fight spiritual battles in every passing moment”; a perpetual slavery of the mind that spans an entire lifetime.
